For Wildlife Emergencies:

If you have encountered an injured or orphaned animal that needs immediate assistance, please call our 24-hour hotline at 0494 304 372. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

• Location of the animal
• Type of animal
• Description of the animal’s condition
• Your contact information

If we are unable to attend or assist, we may direct you to contact the Wildcare helpline.
